Multicultural action plans
All Queensland Government departments have developed a multicultural action plan under the Queensland Government's Multicultural Policy Multicultural Queensland - Making a world of difference (PDF 293 KB).
Multicultural Affairs Queensland has developed Queensland Government Multicultural Policy - Implementation Guidelines (PDF 354 KB) to assist departments to plan, action and report under Multicultural Queensland - making a world of difference.
Multicultural Highlights Report (PDF 5.3 MB) outlines the progress of departments towards more responsive and accessible government services, policies and programs to Queensland's diverse population.
Each agency has developed action plans to identify key priorities and outcomes that will be delivered. Progress on outcomes will be reported in agency annual reports. The strategy of developing and implementing action plans aims to improve the way in which government incorporates diversity into its core business, including services, programs, policy and employment practices.
